Silversmith Capital Partners Promotes Brian Peterson to General Partner

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Silversmith Capital Partners today announced the promotion of Brian Peterson to General Partner. Since joining Silversmith in 2015, Brian has played a key role in the firm’s growth, including leading several investments and supporting the entrepreneurs the firm partners with as they scale their companies.

Brian has significant experience across the firm’s two core verticals, Healthcare IT & Services and SaaS & Information Services. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Market Access Transformation (MAT) and supports the firm’s investments in Centauri Health Solutions, Iodine Software, LifeStance Health, Net Health, Nordic Consulting and Sound Physicians.

Prior to Silversmith, Brian was a Vice President at Sterling Partners and an Associate at Metalmark Capital. He began his career as an Analyst in Lazard’s Healthcare group. Brian graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and received his M.B.A. with honors as a Palmer Scholar from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
