Inszone Insurance Services Announces Three Acquisitions, Poised for a Strong Finish to a Very Successful 2020

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing national provider of personal and commercial lines insurance, announced today the acquisition of Kelly-Naney Insurance Agency, Golden Ocean Insurance Center and Schaeffer Agency.

Kelly-Naney Insurance Agency, becomes Inszone’s 6^th location in the state of California. Their strong roots in central California will prove key in Inszone’s continued growth in the area. Following the transition, employees will continue operating out of the existing location in Fresno under the leadership of founders Lisa Naney and Steve Kelly.

Golden Ocean Insurance Center, becomes Inszone’s first location in the city of Los Angeles. An agency with a strong Korean customer base, the acquisition of Golden Ocean Insurance Center helps Inszone expand further into the Korean market, hoping to build on the three decades of experience from the Golden Ocean team.

Schaeffer Agency, becomes Inszone’s first location in the state of Colorado. Founded in 1952 by Jack Shaeffer and succeeded by son John Schaeffer, the Shaeffer Agency has been continuously run by the Schaeffer family with honesty, diligence and an unbeatable work ethic. The addition of the Schaeffer Agency expands Inszone’s presence to five states which include California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and now Colorado.
