Binswanger Names CRE Industry Veteran, Mike Davis, President of Brokerage Services

Davis Will Lead Growing Global Brokerage Team

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Binswanger Commercial Real Estate Services, an innovator in commercial real estate since 1931, today announced that it has named Mike Davis as the company’s President of Brokerage Services. In this role, Davis will build, manage, and drive the performance of the company’s team of domestic brokers. Additionally, he will lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives for the brokerage team.

In this executive-level role, Davis will also serve as one of five members of Binswanger’s Management Committee.

Prior to Binswanger, Mike served as Managing Director of CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions Services practice in Washington, DC where he oversaw the full spectrum of occupier service offerings for clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. He led a team of 90+ brokers working in the office sector delivering a combination of CBRE’s advisory services and including workplace strategies, labor analytics and consulting. Davis also led operations throughout suburban Maryland across all service lines – including both Investor and Occupier Advisory & Transactions, Capital Markets, and Project Management.

Prior to CBRE, Davis worked for JLL in the Corporate Solutions group based out of Singapore. He started his career as a tenant rep broker in Dallas with stints at JLL, Trammell Crow Company, and CBRE. Davis attended the University of Georgia where he graduated with a bachelor’s in business administration in finance.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Georgia and currently resides with his family in Athens, GA.
