Facility Services Platform Expands Geographic Coverage and Service Offering with Team Services Deal

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Caltius Equity Partners (“Caltius Equity”) is pleased to announce its portfolio company Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions (“ACIS” or the “Company”), a provider of commercial HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repair services in Texas, has acquired H.V.A.C. Team Mechanical Services (“Team Services”). The transaction accomplishes a key strategic initiative of the Company by expanding its geographic footprint into the attractive MSA of Austin, Texas.

Founded in 2011 by Stan Henry, Mike Vinson and Greg Alford, Team Services has evolved into a leading provider of HVAC maintenance and service in Austin. It has an outstanding track record of providing high quality preventative maintenance, on-call services and scheduled repairs for its customers.
