ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that its portfolio company Marmic Fire & Safety Co. (Marmic) has acquired Chicago, Illinois-based Total Fire & Safety, LLC (TFS), provider of fire and life safety systems, equipment and related services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

TFS (www.totalfireandsafety.com) has been serving its customers for more than 20 years and is one of the leading fire protection and alarm monitoring companies in the Chicago metropolitan area. Our companies fit well together because our employees share the same values, including a 100% commitment to customer service. We’re delighted with the outcome of the transaction and the opportunity to join the Marmic family.”
