(Invatron), the market leader of fresh-native technology solutions for fresh food retail announced the appointment of Patrick Leung as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Patrick will oversee the company’s global finance team, as well as the management of the company’s legal and corporate affairs.
A highly accomplished and results-driven executive, Patrick brings 25 years of cross-industry technology experience accelerating strategic business growth, as well as raising capital for public and private companies, handling mergers and acquisitions, and managing investor relations and corporate legal governance. Patrick has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of technology companies including Doxim Solutions, GuestLogix Inc., Spectra7 Microsystems, and ATX Incorporated. Patrick has also held executive and senior level positions with Merrill Lynch & Co. and Rockwater Capital Corporation. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds both a BA and MAcc from the University of Waterloo.
