NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Computer Design & Integration LLC (“CDI” or “the Company”) announced today that Vince Collado has been promoted to President of Digital Transformation Strategy.
In this capacity, Collado will be responsible for the Company’s holistic go-to-market strategy and execution of its digital business, while also driving incremental client value, and contributing to increased revenue and profit growth. In addition to his current responsibilities of managing CDI’s digital sales team, presales solution architecture team and sales operations team, Collado will now also oversee the digital service delivery team.
“Digital transformation is fundamentally changing the way people work,” said Collado. “Enterprises are embracing digital technologies to not only transform the customer experience, but to also streamline operations, accelerate innovation and improve their bottom line. CDI has built best-in-class digital capabilities to meet these demands and we’re deeply invested in our customers’ success. I’m enthusiastic about my new role and look forward to demonstrating the power that a solid digital foundation can have in today’s current landscape.”
An accomplished software engineer-turned-sales leader, Collado joined CDI in 2010 to help spearhead a new generation of growth. He has been promoted twice during his tenure, first in 2014 to Vice President of Sales, where he joined CDI’s Executive Board and held leadership responsibilities for the Company’s New York and New Jersey sales teams. In 2016, he was instrumental in launching CDI’s ServiceNow business and leading the Company to achieve ServiceNow Elite partner status. He was next promoted in 2019 to Executive Vice President of Digital Transformation, where he was chartered with expanding the Company’s digital portfolio and its geographic presence.
Collado was also the driving force in the Company’s recent acquisition of P5 Solutions, Inc. (“P5”), a ServiceNow Elite partner known for helping customers establish better enterprise-wide processes through digital modernization and optimization. This venture allows CDI to increase scale, mature its ServiceNow delivery model and expand its digital capabilities.
Prior to joining CDI, Collado held various positions at EMC Corporation (Dell Technologies), PARIS Technologies International and Syncsort, Inc. He is a graduate of Boston University and holds a B.A. in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration. He also received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rutgers University.
“Vince has played a pivotal role in CDI’s journey over the last decade,” said Eric Bakker, Chief Executive Officer, CDI. “He is a true thought leader with a brilliant mind for business, and those qualities will be vital to our growth and success. This move further strengthens our company moving forward as we continue to invest in industry-leading digital capabilities that create added value for our customers.”
The promotion comes amidst significant business growth for CDI. Earlier this year the Company entered into a strategic partnership with One Equity Partners (“OEP”) and more recently, announced the acquisitions of P5 and Plan B Technologies, Inc. (“PBT”).
