Monarch Tractor Expands Leadership Team With Dennis Muilenburg

Former Boeing CEO to advise on corporate strategy, strategic partnerships and enterprise growth strategy

LIVERMORE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Monarch Tractor today announced Dennis Muilenburg is joining its leadership team as an advisor and investor. The former Boeing executive and Caterpillar board member brings both aerospace experience and a farming background to support Monarch Tractor in global business growth and broadens the Monarch Tractor advisory committee, which currently has electrification, manufacturing and tech experience. Muilenburg spent his youth on a farm and remains a strong advocate for farming communities and agriculture technology.

Muilenburg joined The Boeing Company in 1985 as an engineering intern and served in a variety of engineering and management assignments with the company. He ultimately served as president from December 2013–December 2019, CEO from July 2015–December 2019, and chairman of the board from March 2016–October 2019. Additionally, Muilenburg served on the board of Caterpillar Inc. from 2011–2020, including the audit committee, with board responsibilities spanning all Caterpillar product lines.
