Department of Transportation Secures Digital Transformation with Bitglass

FedRAMP is a U.S. government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services. It was established by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to provide a cost-effective, risk-based approach for the adoption and use of cloud services by federal departments and agencies. Bitglass’ initial authorizing agency is the Department of Transportation, which is using Bitglass to secure its department-wide initiative to move the agency to the cloud and support remote work.
