Authvia helps clients accelerate growth with new Salesforce® AppExchange solution and partnerships

Authvia’s native invoicing and TXT2PAY® solution improves cash flow, customer experience, and operational efficiencies, while enabling Salesforce customers to do business contact-free.

EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--()--Authvia, the maker of conversational commerce solutions that enable instant payment acceptance on contactless channels such as text, social media, chat, email, and messenger, has integrated its multi-processor gateway and proprietary TXT2PAY solution with Salesforce. The product is live and currently available in the Salesforce AppExchange, providing innovative and contact-free options for collecting payments.

Authvia for Salesforce equips small-to-medium and enterprise-level businesses with an out-of-box billing, invoicing, and payment management solution, enabling them to make payment requests using both TXT2PAY and email invoicing. Payments are managed directly through the client’s Salesforce interface and the application is easily customized to work within existing sales and support flows. The integrated app also provides a hosted payment page, virtual terminal, and the ability to create and manage automated recurring payments. The solution is pre-integrated with more than a dozen payment processors and gateways and supports debit, credit, and ACH (automated clearinghouse) transactions.

“Authvia’s best-in-class payment solutions provide merchants with a simple, secure, and safe way to request and receive payments,” said Chris Brunner, Authvia founder and chief executive officer. “We’re excited to bring our integrated solution to Salesforce business users, and even more excited to partner and integrate with other Salesforce AppExchange providers to give clients easier ways to accelerate receivables, enhance the customer experience, and streamline the back office.”

Authvia’s integration with Accounting Seed, FormAssembly, and other native Salesforce apps exponentially enriches the value to Salesforce business users across finance, sales, and service.

“At Accounting Seed, we believe in the power of partnerships, and take great pride in bringing on accomplished, vetted partners,” said Daryl Hancock, chief operations officer at Accounting Seed. “We are thrilled to have Authvia as part of our partner ecosystem and look forward to our continued growth together!”

In fact, these joint alliances have already helped an expanding number of clients benefit from Authvia’s simple, easy-to-implement, and truly contactless payments technologies.

“Authvia is one of the best technology partners I’ve ever come across,” said Kevin Simons, chief executive officer of Sonus, in a joint Accounting Seed/Authvia case study. “I have the ability to be more efficient, which is serving me as Sonus catches on and grows. The technology alone is amazing, but together it’s even better.”
