UiPath RPA Now Available in Microsoft Azure Marketplace

Microsoft customers gain access to UiPath Automation Platform to take advantage of the scalability, reliability, and agility of Azure to quickly scale automation initiatives

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software company, UiPath, today announced the availability of the UiPath Automation Platform on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online store providing applications and services for use on Azure. UiPath customers can now take advantage of the productive and trusted Azure cloud platform with streamlined deployment and management.

The UiPath Automation Platform is helping organizations around the world become faster and more agile in the face of increased demand and rapidly changing environments. It addresses the automation lifecycle by leveraging process discovery tools and employee crowdsourcing to determine what to automate, which is key to scaling automation across the enterprise with speed and efficiency. This enables more sophisticated automations with AI capabilities such as document understanding and provides sophisticated analytics to measure the business impact of automation. This pervasive ‘automation first’ approach is proven to be both substantial and transformative and is allowing everyone – from RPA Developers and Testers to Citizen Developers and Business End Users – to collaborate and put automation squarely at the core of everyday work.

“The power of running UiPath on Azure is unquestionable as we constantly optimize our flexible, agile, and scalable cloud environment for our internal purposes and for our customers,” said Ronny Baumgart, Head of Automation at Swisscom, Switzerland’s largest telco. “With the ability to now gain access to UiPath products through the Azure Marketplace, UiPath is making it easier than ever for customers to become more resilient while also increasing their efficiency and capacity to innovate.”

The Microsoft Azure Marketplace is an online store for buying and selling cloud solutions certified to run on Azure, connecting companies seeking innovative, cloud-based solutions with partners who have developed ready-to-use solutions. The availability of UiPath on the Marketplace makes it easier for established Azure customers to purchase and use this industry-leading platform.

“As customers embrace the scalability of the cloud, the availability of UiPath in the Azure Marketplace is directly aligned with our goal to make our RPA accessible and easy to consume,” said Ted Kummert, UiPath Executive Vice President of Products and Engineering. “With UiPath, customers have the flexibility to choose their own deployment: self-managed on-premises or third-party cloud, or SaaS with our Automaton Cloud. Availability in the Azure Marketplace now gives them an easy entry point to quickly scale automation initiatives. And by quickly, we mean in a few minutes, rather than hours for a small implementation – or days for a large enterprise installation. This is a gamechanger for customers who are invested in Azure.”

“Through Microsoft Azure Marketplace, customers around the world can easily find, buy, and deploy partner solutions they can trust, all certified and optimized to run on Azure,” said Jake Zborowski, General Manager at Microsoft Corp. “We’re happy to welcome the UiPath platform to the growing Microsoft Commercial Marketplace ecosystem as it will further accelerate the digital transformation of our customers.”
