Intercontinental Exchange Approves Fourth Quarter Dividend of $0.30 per Share

ATLANTA & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of mortgage technology, data and listings services, announced today a $0.30 per share dividend for the fourth quarter of 2020, which is up 9% from the $0.275 per share dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2019. The cash dividend is payable on December 31, 2020 to stockholders of record as of December 16, 2020. The ex-dividend date is December 15, 2020.
