TRUX Welcomes Tom Spencer as Chief Revenue Officer

Spencer to lead sales and marketing teams for high-growth logistics technology company

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TRUX™, the leader in dump truck logistics technology, today announced the addition of Tom Spencer as Chief Revenue Officer. Spencer will be leading the Sales and Marketing teams leveraging his 25 years of experience with high-growth companies and focusing on furthering TRUX’s overall growth efforts.

Previously, Spencer led AvidXchange’s growth - scaling the original startup team which consisted of 5 employees in sales and marketing to an 85-person organization while supporting direct and indirect sales channels and targeted verticals. His leadership drove revenue from $10MM to $150MM ARR. He was instrumental in helping the Bain Capital portfolio company become the leader in the corporate payments industry. He has repeatedly exceeded sales expectations in high growth companies, created results through innovation and operational rigor, and built high-performing organizations with engaged employees.
