Pliant Names, F5 CTO of Applications to Board of Directors

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pliant, the leader in IT Process Automation, today announced the addition of Mike Wiley, VP and CTO of Applications at F5 Networks, to its board of directors. The addition of Wiley adds a unique perspective to the application of low code / no code automation in the industry.

Mike Wiley joined F5 in early 2020 as Vice President and CTO of Applications, focusing on the development, communication, and execution of F5's next-generation application services strategy. Mike has assumed responsibility for defining and evolving a unified product architecture, roadmap, and software delivery for F5’s core products which include NGINX, BIGIP, and F5 Cloud Services. Previously, he served as an Executive Director of JP Morgan Chase, where he led firm-wide application frameworks, platform observability, toolchain, and business analytics, teams. Prior to JP Morgan and F5, Mike led Software Engineering for Google’s Next Billion Users (BU).
