The annual ranking conducted by Great Place to Work^® recognizes organizations that stand apart from their peers in creating a workplace that goes above and beyond for their employees. Fewer than 1,000 companies across the U.S. are certified by the organization.

This certification is based on information provided through an anonymous survey completed by employees that covers a wide range of topics, including company culture, challenges, rewards, communication and leadership.
