Great Clips® Offers Free Haircuts to Military Service Members on Veterans Day

Fans can also pay it forward by nominating retired and active military service members on social media to give them a chance to receive free haircuts for a year

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--For the eighth consecutive year, Great Clips salons across the United States will show their appreciation for retired and active military service members by offering free haircuts on Veterans Day. Great Clips is also encouraging its fans on social media to nominate a military service member to receive a recognition package that includes free haircuts for a year and a $350 gift card.

On Wednesday, November 11, retired and active service members can visit any U.S. Great Clips salon and get a free haircut or a free haircut card. Additionally, non-military customers who get a haircut on Veterans Day at a Great Clips salon will receive a free haircut card to give to a service member in thanks for their service. The free haircut cards can be redeemed through December 11, 2020.

Great Clips is also extending its appreciation for military service members beyond the salon. Now through November 6, 2020 fans can pay it forward by nominating a retired or active service member to give them a chance to receive free haircuts for a year at any Great Clips salon in the U.S. or Canada plus a $350 gift card. On October 23, 30 and November 6, 2020, Great Clips will randomly select two nominated individuals (for a total of six winners) to be celebrated and recognized across its social media channels for their dedication, commitment and service.

To be eligible, social posts must include: the full name of the retired or active military service member nominee, the reason they are being nominated, the nominee’s branch of service, the campaign hashtag (#GREATful4Vets) and tagging the Great Clips social channel.
