Anne Daley joins InterPrice Technologies, Inc. as a Partner and Chief Marketing Officer

Industry Veteran to Lead Marketing Effort for a FinTech Treasury Platform

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InterPrice Technologies, Inc., an early-stage financial technology company, announced today that Anne Daley has joined the firm as Partner and Chief Marketing Officer (“CMO”). In this role, Ms. Daley will lead the firm’s marketing efforts to corporate issuers and financial institutions.

Ms. Daley brings to InterPrice more than three decades of experience in financial services, most recently as a Managing Director, Barclays IG syndicate. While at Barclays, Anne was named ‘Woman of the Year’ in 2011, was a 10-year member of the Women’s Steering committee as well as a Board Advisor to The Women's Syndicate Association. Prior to joining Barclays, Ms. Daley was a senior member in syndicate at Goldman Sachs.

“Anne has been a larger-than-life presence on Wall Street for many years, and I am truly honored to have her join me in this journey to bring automation to the primary bond and loan markets. With our pilot product launch in August, we see a significant opportunity for our platform to bring more efficiency and transparency to this space. Anne could not be more perfectly suited to bring awareness of our product offerings,” said Olga Chin, Chief Executive Officer of InterPrice.

“Additionally, Anne’s partnership further strengthens our position as a woman-owned firm, and illustrates our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Anne has served as a role model to me over many years, and I hope that together we can empower and inspire others on Wall Street,” Ms. Chin continued.

“I am honored and excited to be joining Olga, along with her team, to enable issuers to efficiently analyze the opportunities that the capital markets offer in real time. In my many years on Wall Street, it has also been my passion to further the women’s agenda. Joining a woman-owned firm will allow me to continue this pursuit,” Ms. Daley commented.

InterPrice Technologies, Inc. is the first-to-market, secure and user-friendly platform that provides its users - corporate issuers and financial institutions - with transparency into financing costs. The InterPrice platform automates the archaic process of new issue pricing indication that Treasury teams currently receive from multiple financing partners. InterPrice has launched its initial version of the platform to select corporate bond issuers in August of 2020.
