Computer Design & Integration LLC (CDI LLC) Announces the Promotion of Cyrus Lam to Chief Financial Officer

Strategic veteran adds strong financial leadership to executive management team

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Computer Design & Integration LLC (“CDI” or “the Company”) announced today that Cyrus Lam has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this capacity, he will be responsible for CDI’s overall finance, operations, accounting, merger and acquisition efforts, and investor relations across all existing and acquired businesses.

Lam joined CDI earlier this year as Executive Vice President (EVP) of Strategic Alliances where he was tasked with enhancing and expanding the Company’s relationships with key business and financial partners, including banking, technology and third-party vendors.

Lam is a seasoned financial leader and spent almost three decades working at KPMG, where he most recently served as a Managing Director in their Corporate Finance function and was the Global Head of Technology for KPMG Corporate Finance. In this role, he drove strategic growth initiatives and oversaw business development efforts globally, with a strong focus on IT and managed services companies.

He has significant cross-border expertise across Asia, Europe and North America, and specializes in corporate finance advisory services, divestitures, capital raise and buy and sell side for the technology, services and outsourcing verticals.
