CTC Global Names Enos Banda Managing Director

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, CTC Global announced that Enos Banda has been named Managing Director. In this newly created position, Mr. Banda will lead the development and delivery of customer and asset financing offerings to CTC Global’s current and future customers. He will report to J.D. Sitton, CTC Global’s Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Banda joins CTC from Anergi, an African energy company he helped establish where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Banda has been active in the African energy and infrastructure and investment banking markets. He served as a senior executive with Eskom, the largest African utility and as an entrepreneur / founder of Freetel, an investment holding company with interests in telecoms and other sectors operating in South Africa and as an investment banker covering Africa with Credit Suisse First Boston and HSBC. J.D. Sitton stated: “Access to financing will enable many critical electric transmission projects to move forward helping millions of lives to be transformed.” Mr. Sitton continued, “Enos Banda is an accomplished entrepreneur and businessman with an excellent understanding of capital markets and infrastructure financing. Mr. Banda’s 20 plus years of experience in the finance, energy and infrastructure sectors include multiple management roles with increasing responsibilities in a range of operations in Africa, and Europe.
