Mobilitie’s FCC Petition to Accelerate Wireless Deployment Upheld by Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit upholds Orders by the Federal Communications Commission, requiring cost-based fees to deploy small cells and other technology essential to next-generation wireless networks. This ruling, a win for small cell deployments, serves to expedite broadband rollouts by removing barriers to infrastructure investments.
