Lauren M. Smyers Joins Validor Capital as Principal, Business Development

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Validor Capital, an independent operationally-focused investment firm, today announced the hiring of Lauren M. Smyers as Principal, Business Development. Ms. Smyers brings to Validor 8 years of private equity experience. In her role, Ms. Smyers will lead deal origination, focused on sourcing family-owned manufacturing and industrial service businesses in the lower middle market.
