Ergotron, Inc. Announces Settlement of Patent Infringement Dispute Against MooreCo, Inc.

ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ergotron, Inc., a global movement company that builds environments that help people thrive, announced that it has reached an agreement to resolve a patent infringement dispute against MooreCo, Inc. Pursuant to the agreement and effective immediately, MooreCo, Inc. will cease selling or marketing the accused infringing products.

In exchange for monetary compensation and MooreCo, Inc.’s agreement to cease production and sales of the accused infringing products, Ergotron, Inc. has agreed to not pursue patent infringement litigation.
