Dividend Finance receives prestigious capital markets award from GlobalCapital

Dividend’s Series 2019-1 transaction, totaling $234,590,000 of Dividend Solar Loan Backed Notes, was Dividend’s fourth asset-backed securitization and closed on July 11, 2019. Citi acted as Sole Structuring Agent and Bookrunner on Dividend’s Series 2019-1 transaction and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. as co-managers. Dividend Solar Loan Backed Notes, Series 2019-1, were rated by Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc. and received “Green Bond” designations from Sustainalytics pursuant to the standards of the International Capital Market Association.
