Former WildBrain head joins Aux Mode

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Toronto-based digital rights management company Aux Mode has hired the former president and chief operating officer of kids’ content company Wildbrain as a strategic advisor.

Steven DeNure, an entertainment industry veteran and current board member of the Canadian Film Centre and Dark Slope Studios, will help further establish Aux Mode’s digital network with content partnerships and financial investors.

As well as helming WildBrain (fka DHX Media), DeNure previously served as president of US-based Alliance Productions.

In his Alliance days, he worked on titles including Reboot, Transformers: Beastwars, Due South, ENG, North of 60, Whale Music and Black Robe.

DeNure has served as exec producer and produced numerous film and TV productions, including Degrassi, Yo Gabba Gabba, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, Inspector Gadget, Angela Anaconda, This Hour Has 22 Minutes and LetterKenny.
