Regions Financial Provides Quarterly Earnings Release Dates for 2021

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE:RF) plans to announce quarterly earnings results pre-market open and will host conference calls to review the results on the following dates:

• Fourth Quarter 2020 – Friday, Jan. 22, 2021, at 11 a.m. ET
• First Quarter 2021 – Friday, April 23, 2021, at 11 a.m. ET
• Second Quarter 2021 – Friday, July 23, 2021, at 11 a.m. ET
• Third Quarter 2021 – Friday, Oct. 22, 2021, at 11 a.m. ET
