Pink Elephant Announces the Addition of ITIL 4 Practices to PinkVERIFY – the Industry’s #1 Assessment Certification for IT Service Management Tools

Five new ITIL 4 practices introduced with more to come soon!

BURLINGTON, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pink Elephant is pleased to announce it has added five ITIL® 4 practices to its industry-endorsed PinkVERIFY™ ITSM tool assessment service.

Since 1998, PinkVERIFY has been an internationally recognized guarantee of quality and trust that shows a vendor’s commitment to ITIL best practices. ITIL 4 was released just over a year ago and Pink Elephant recently began work to add the new ITIL 4 practices to the PinkVERIFY assessment. There are currently five ITIL 4 practices available for assessment, with new processes being introduced throughout 2020. The five new ITIL 4 practices include:

  • Incident Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Problem Management
  • Service Request Management
