Northside Completes Rebranding of Health Choice Urgent Care

Health Choice Urgent Care Now Offers COVID-19 Testing and Antibody Testing

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Northside Hospital announces the completion of the launch of a new Brand, Health Choice Urgent Care, formerly ChoiceOne Urgent Care.

The new name, Health Choice, represents a reintroduction of the Gwinnett County centers to the community in conjunction with new ownership (Northside Hospital) and management (Urgent Care Group). Information about the transaction that took place earlier in the year can be found here.
