Certification by ServiceNow is only granted to apps that are available in the store and signifies that Ontrack’s Data Recovery Workflow for its new ITSM app has successfully achieved a set of defined tests focused on Now Platform security, compatibility, performance, and integration interoperability. The certification also ensures that best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of Ontrack’s Data Recovery Workflow for the ITSM app with ServiceNow.

The Ontrack Data Recovery app is free, installs in minutes, and streamlines the global approach to the data recovery process through the ServiceNow ITSM workflow. The free app fully integrates Ontrack’s global processes with the platform’s ITSM incident handling. Desktop support teams using ServiceNow can easily submit requests and are immediately provided information and prepaid mailing labels to ship devices to one of 22 global laboratories. Upon receipt, Ontrack’s team will identify and diagnose the options for recovery, and when complete, securely return all data and devices.
