Invites You to Participate in its Webcast

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) will issue its fourth quarter and full-year FY20 results and issue FY21 guidance at 4:15 pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, August 12, 2020. Following the release of this information, we have scheduled a webcast for Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 8:30 am Eastern Time. Members of our senior management team will make a brief presentation, followed by a question-and-answer session to discuss our results and our future performance expectations.

To-date, our fiscal 2020 fourth quarter performance is strong and in line with the expectations we set during our fiscal 2020 third quarter earnings call. As we look to fiscal 2021, we have begun working with customers on return-to-work plans as our communities begin to carefully reopen. Those plans, which will mature over the next couple of months, are critical to provide better informed growth and margin expansion expectations for fiscal year 2021. For that reason, we are aligning our fiscal 2021 guidance with our year-end fiscal 2020 earnings call in August.

You can listen to the webcast and view the accompanying exhibits on CACI’s investor relations website at http://investor.caci.com/news/#upcomingevent at the scheduled time. A replay of the call will also be available on CACI’s investor relations website at http://investor.caci.com/.
