Donaldson Company Announces the Termination of the Purchase Offer for its Exhaust and Emissions Business

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), a leading worldwide provider of innovative filtration products and solutions, today announced that it has reached a mutual agreement with Nelson Global Products, Inc. (“Nelson”) to terminate Nelson’s previously disclosed purchase offer for Donaldson’s Exhaust and Emissions (“E&E”) business.
