IntelePeer Announces Program to Assist Small Businesses with COVID-19 Recovery

Company is committing over a quarter of a million dollars for small businesses to have access to communications services as they resume operations

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IntelePeer, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, announced today the launch of its Small Business Recovery Program. The company is offering over a quarter of a million dollars to assist small businesses across the country communicate with their customer bases as states begin to ease COVID-19 restrictions and closures.

Through IntelePeer’s Small Business Recovery Program, non-profits and companies with less than 50 employees are eligible to receive credit toward SMS services so they can send notifications to customers about their re-opening for business, policies, new hours, promotions, and more.

IntelePeer’s Atmosphere® Engage makes it easy for companies with limited resources or technical expertise to upload customer and employee contact lists, schedule, and send outbound SMS campaigns. Companies in the program will have access to how-to guides, best practices, and compliance guidelines to help them get started quickly and manage communications.
