Hudson Solar Cayman files suit against Sky Solar Japan, Japan NK Investment KK, and PNF Investment KK, alleging misrepresentations

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hudson Solar Cayman filed suit against Sky Solar Japan, Japan NK Investment KK (“JNKI”) and PNF Investment KK (“PNFI”) in Tokyo District Court on Friday May 29, 2020, alleging misrepresentations. Sky Solar Japan is the Japanese subsidiary of Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd (NASDAQ: SKYS). JNKI is the largest shareholder of SKYS, and PNFI is the largest shareholder of JNKI. Hudson Solar Cayman is a fund managed by affiliates of Hudson Sustainable Investments, LLC.
