The City of Los Angeles Emergency Management Department Partners with Veoci for COVID-19 Resource Tracking

Software solution for streamlined resource management

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The City of Los Angeles Emergency Management Department will partner with Veoci, a global emergency management SaaS provider, to help in its response to the COVID-19 pandemic. They will rapidly build and implement a solution to easily field resource requests with essential elements of information (EEI) internally and across departments, agencies, and other partners working with the City.

The City of Los Angeles Emergency Management Department will also be implementing a number of integrated solutions on the Veoci platform to address additional needs. These include an Incident Action Plan (IAP) builder; Incident Command System (ICS) forms; FEMA reimbursement forms; Pandemic Response Management; and Situational Reporting Dashboards.

As a large metropolitan area, the City and its surrounding communities may be particularly susceptible to widespread infection, amplifying the need for the Emergency Management Department to optimize its response to the current pandemic, especially in how it manages and deploys vital assets and resources.
