Bay Point Advisors Provides $15.9M Construction Loan for Film and Development Production Campus

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bay Point Advisors is pleased to announce it has expanded its footprint into the film industry by providing a $15.9 million construction loan to TRSPC Owner, LLC. The construction loan provides funds for TRSPC Owner, LLC to build a world-class film and development production campus located just outside of Atlanta to be known as Three Ring Studios.

This deal is the most recent in a series of transactions in which Bay Point, a privately held firm specializing in short-term, secured lending to small- and medium-sized businesses, has provided funding for high-profile projects in various sectors. “We are excited to expand our presence in the film industry in Georgia,” said Charles Andros, Manager, Bay Point Advisors.

Three Ring Studios will be a world class film and development production campus providing the most innovative space and technology that is available in the production world today. Combining a unique mix of space, lighting, sound and scenery advantages, the production campus will consist of three (3) 43,500 square foot sound stage buildings, each divisible by half, thereby creating six (6) sound stages, three (3) 20,000 square foot mill shop buildings and twelve (12) 2,500 square foot office buildings.
