Diane Flynn Joins Avidbank Holdings, Inc. Board of Directors

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avidbank Holdings, Inc., (OTC Pink: AVBH), a bank holding company and the parent company of Avidbank, announced today that Diane Flynn has joined the Board of Directors. Ms. Flynn brings to Avidbank a rich background in innovative strategy and thoughtful entrepreneurship.

Ms. Flynn is Cofounder and CEO of ReBoot Accel, designing work cultures that support and promote women. She consults with Fortune 500 companies on gender diversity and co-authored The Upside, presenting the business case for diverse workforces and best practices for tapping the potential of women. She facilitates workshops on professional presence and impact, and coaches leaders on maximizing results and finding personal fulfillment. Ms. Flynn previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of GSVlabs, a marketing executive at Electronic Arts, and an associate consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. She has spoken on Diversity, Ageism, and the Future of Work at venues including SXSW, Stanford GSB, and the Modern Elder Academy. She earned a BA in Economics from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard.
