TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Koskie Minsky is investigating a potential class action against non-Canadian airlines for refusing to refund tickets for flights cancelled as a result of COVID-19.
The airlines being investigated are: Delta Airlines, American Airlines Group, United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Lufthansa Group, British Airways, Emirates Group, Air France-KLM, Nippon Airlines, Aeromexico, Alitalia, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Eithad, El AL, Quantas, Aer Lingus and TAP Portugal.
