SC Distributors Names Alex MacGillivray as National Sales Manager

COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SC Distributors, LLC (“SCD”), an established wholesale distributor of alternative investment offerings, has announced the hiring of Alex MacGillivray as National Sales Manager.

In this role, Mr. MacGillivray will oversee SCD’s external wholesaling team and the distribution of the company’s digital infrastructure product offerings. Mr. MacGillivray has nearly 30 years experience building and leading high-performance teams in the financial services industry and has extensive relationships with Broker/Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors and Family Offices across the country.

Prior to joining SCD, Mr. MacGillivray led sales teams for S2K Financial and Realty Capital Securities. He also held executive positions at Prudential, Lincoln Financial, AXA and Fidelity Investments. Mr. MacGillivray obtained his bachelor’s degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia. He holds FINRA series 24, 26, 7, 6, and 63 designations.

Pisoot Senethavilay, who had served as SCD’s National Sales Manager, will lead the company’s wholesaling efforts on the west coast.
