Seven Seas Water acquired by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seven Seas Water, a leader in Water-as-a-Service® (“WaaS®”) solutions, today announced that it has been acquired by funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (“MSIP”). Seven Seas Water is a former operating segment of AquaVenture Holdings Limited (NYSE:WAAS), which was acquired by Culligan earlier today.
