Life Spine Announces Continued Success With Lateral PROLIFT® Expandable System

HUNTLEY, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Life Spine, a medical device company that designs, develops, manufactures and markets products for the surgical treatment of spinal disorders, announced today continued success with the Lateral PROLIFT Expandable System.

“The system performed exactly how I wanted it to intraoperatively,” said Dr. Andrew Cappuccino of Buffalo Spine Surgery. “I was able to achieve an expansion of 6mm for an extremely collapsed disc and post-pack the implant with graft seamlessly through the inserter. The variety of sizes and lordotic options allow for correction of sagittal alignment specific to each patient’s unique needs. I will be integrating this implant into my Lateral Interbody Fusions moving forward.”

The Lateral PROLIFT Expandable System is supported by Life Spine’s full suite of Lateral Systems including the CENTRIC® Plier Style Retractor System, the SENTRY® Lateral Plating Systems with two and four screw options and Lateral Disc Prep.
