Graco Launches G-Mini Compact Automatic Lubrication Pump

Small size. Big value. Huge impact.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG), a leading manufacturer of fluid handling equipment, is pleased to announce the launch of its G-Mini™ compact lubrication pump. Users can make the most of their space, budget and machines with the new full-featured G-Mini pump. The pump simplifies everyday maintenance, extends equipment life cycles and optimizes uptime, boosting productivity and profitability. Its IP69K design is rugged and tough, built to withstand the harshest environments and the 24/7 rigors of any job. All models come standard with low-level notification, which aids operators in maintaining sufficient grease in the reservoir at all times.

“The G-Mini pump is designed to perform and built to last,” said Andrew Gerlach, Graco’s Lubrication Equipment Division Product Marketing Manager. “This robust pump complements the established G1™ and G3™ Series lubrication pumps, and is offered with an optional built-in, easy-to-program digital controller. This also is our first lubrication pump designed with an optional built-in heater that automatically turns on at low temperatures, allowing it to pump NLGI #2 grease as low as -40°F (-40°C).”

“We installed the one-liter, 12-volt G-Mini pump with controller and heater (P/N 25R806) on our skid loader,” said the operations manager of a large dairy farm. “With livestock there is no downtime, so our skid loader is used 10 to 12 hours a day, 365 days a year. Grease points on the skid loader should be greased daily, but we were not getting it done. When the pins go out, the machine is down for about half a day. The Graco G-Mini auto greaser keeps the skid loader in service; it’s durable and keeps working in our extreme environments.”

The reliable G-Mini pump has a small footprint to fit more types of machines in several applications including off-road equipment, wind turbines, in-plant equipment, on-road vehicles and more. To see the G-Mini compact lubrication pump in action, visit booth #F100519 at the upcoming CONEXPO-CON/AGG show from March 10-14, 2020. For more information, visit www.graco.com/GMini.

From a Minneapolis Garage to a Global Manufacturer: Graco Marks 100 Years of Resilience

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A century ago, in the depths of a Minnesota winter, a downtown Minneapolis parking lot attendant named Russell Gray grew fed up with grease guns that froze, failed, and injured workers while servicing cars. That frustration, and a belief that work should be safer and more reliable, resulted in the invention of an air-powered grease gun that solved a real customer problem, launching Graco Inc. This month, Graco marks its 100th anniversary as a $2 billion global indu...
