The DrivingSales Dealer Satisfaction Awards measure dealer satisfaction with vendor products and services and are based on cumulative ratings tallied and verified over the previous calendar year. The AWAs were founded in 2008 by industry expert Brian Pasch to recognize the best vendors in automotive digital marketing. This year’s award winners especially impressed the product review team at AWA with innovation that continues to move the automotive industry forward.

DealerSocket’s acquisition of franchise DMS provider Auto/Mate rounds out the company’s software suite which now includes CRM, equity mining, inventory management, digital websites and marketing, an independent DMS, as well as digital retailing, giving dealers “one hand to shake” as Auto/Mate CEO Mike Esposito said during NADA.
