HSBC Bank USA, N.A. and Affiliates Lower Prime and Reference Rate

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HSBC Bank USA, N.A., and its affiliates announced that they have lowered their prime and reference rates to 4.25% from 4:75%, effective March 4, 2020.
