Tyler Technologies to Provide Enterprise Resource Planning and Civic Services Solutions to Fast-Growing Missouri City

City of O’Fallon to improve city administration processes with Tyler solutions

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today that it has signed a seven-year, software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreement with the city of O’Fallon, Missouri, for a suite of Tyler solutions, including Munis® enterprise resource planning (ERP), ExecuTime workforce management, EnerGov civic services, Socrata Open Finance, Tyler EAM, Tyler Notify, and Tyler Meeting Manager solutions.

The city of O’Fallon is one of the fastest growing cities in Missouri and was looking for a comprehensive, integrated solution that would improve the city’s financial management, human capital management, utility billing, business license review, code enforcement, and other daily administrative processes.

The city selected Tyler to bring crucial online services to employees, residents, and vendors while eliminating silos of information between departments. Tyler Meeting Manager will help the city organize and conduct more efficient meetings by automating the planning and follow-up process. In addition, the inclusion of Socrata applications will allow the city to make data-driven decisions and present key information to the public. Tyler’s integrated system will bring efficiency and transparency to both staff and residents and allow for better communication internally and externally.

The city of O’Fallon is part of the greater St. Louis metropolitan area and has a population of roughly 88,000. Tyler also provides its Incode® court solution to the city.
