TurnPoint Services Acquires Ellington A/C & Heat, Inc. in Rockledge, FL

National home services leader continues its expansion with eighth acquisition in three years, establishes HVAC presence in Florida

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--()--TurnPoint Services Group (“TurnPoint”) today announced it has acquired Ellington A/C & Heat, Inc. (“Ellington”) in Rockledge, Florida. Founded in 2009, Ellington is a leading provider of essential home services along Florida’s Space Coast and in the Keys, and focuses exclusively on maintenance, repair and replacement services for residential and commercial customers. The company’s well-trained technical staff and large fleet of service vehicles enable Ellington to provide responsive and high-quality HVAC services to attractive and high growth regions in Florida.
