Dr. Jason Adler Joins the Faculty Roster at the 2020 Emergency Medicine Reimbursement & Innovation Summit

Hosted by the Florida College of Emergency Physicians, this annual conference brings together healthcare leaders from across the country to discuss the business and regulatory landscape of emergency medicine.

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The 2020 EM Reimbursement and Innovation Summit will take place on February 27-28, 2020, at the Emergency Medicine Learning & Resource Center (EMLRC) in Orlando, FL.

Dr. Jason Adler, MD, FACEP, FAAEM, will join this year’s faculty to discuss CMS Proposed Changes and Potential Impacts to Emergency Medicine. As part of this lecture, Dr. Adler will share details about the CMS rule-making process – including past and current steps taken by CMS to alter the regulatory environment for EM physicians. This lecture will also dive into the CMS MIPS Program, highlighting 2020 changes and its potential evolution in future years.

Dr. Adler will also join a panel discussion about the changing market forces in Emergency Medicine. He will be joined by Caral Edelberg, Founder & Chairman of Edelberg & Associates, and Dr. Jennifer Wiler, Founder and Director of the CARE Innovation Center and Executive Vice-Chair / Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
