PulteGroup Announces Upcoming 2020 Annual Meeting Date

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PulteGroup, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: PHM) announces that the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) has established Thursday, May 7, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time as the date and time for the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting will take place at the Company’s headquarters, 3350 Peachtree Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30326. The Board has also set the close of business on March 13, 2020, as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting.
