Former Portfolio Manager Joins Alliance Advisors

BLOOMFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alliance Advisors, a leading corporate advisory and investor intelligence firm, is pleased to announce that George Rubis, formerly of Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers has joined the firm as Vice President in our Investor Intelligence Group where he will lead business and product development for our Ownership Insight, Market Surveillance, Investor Targeting, and Perception Study programs.

George brings a wealth of market experience and a strong financial background to Alliance as he spent over 15 years as a Portfolio Manager and Sector Head. As a Portfolio Manager, George was responsible for managing all aspects of a diverse equity, credit, and derivatives portfolio. George began his career as a sell-side analyst and holds a Bachelor’s degree in business from Georgetown University and a MBA degree from Columbia University.
