Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises Selects UltiPro to Boost Operational Performance, Enhance Employee Experience

WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ultimate Software, a leading global provider of human capital management (HCM) and employee experience solutions in the cloud, announced today that Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, a privately-held restaurant group that operates more than 130 establishments across the U.S., selected UltiPro to drive operational efficiency and make its HR software more focused on employee needs.

Lettuce Entertain You serves guests at more than 60 concepts ranging from fast-causal restaurants such as M Burger to fine-dining, Michelin-starred establishments like Everest. Prior to UltiPro, the company administered the HCM for its 8,000 corporate and restaurant employees with a legacy, on-premise solution. As part of an enterprise-wide digital transformation, the company sought to deploy HR technology to better support its operations and improve the employee experience.
