PointClickCare Expands its Partnership with Cliniconex, Offering Senior Care Providers a Fully-Integrated Solution for Resident Family Engagement

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PointClickCare, the leading cloud-based software vendor for the senior care market, and Cliniconex, an Ottawa-based patient engagement solutions vendor, have entered into an agreement that will offer senior care providers an integrated solution for resident family engagement. As part of the agreement, PointClickCare will resell Cliniconex’s Automated Care Messaging solution to customers in Canada.

Seamlessly integrated with PointClickCare’s electronic health record (EHR), Automated Care Messaging fully automates patient and resident family outreach. Critical information, such as safety and outbreak announcements, policy changes, care plan reminders, and appointment notices are delivered via voice, text or email, and are automatically logged in resident’s charts to ensure regulatory and standards compliance.
