Baceline Investments Adds 22 Properties and $90 Million in New Assets During 2019

Recent acquisitions of six properties at year-end brings portfolio total to 69

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Baceline Investments, LLC, a boutique private equity real estate investment and management company with neighborhood shopping center holdings throughout the United States, concluded 2019 with the acquisition of six retail centers. For the year, Baceline acquired or recapitalized 22 properties and added $90 million in new assets to its expansive portfolio.

Baceline enters the new decade with $390 million in assets under management and 73 neighborhood shopping centers in its comprehensive portfolio. It’s the largest and most diverse portfolio in Baceline’s history, spanning 15 states from Minnesota to Texas and Arizona to North Carolina. It includes more than 2.4 million-square-feet of retail space with 750 local and national tenants.

The newest shopping center acquisitions include Northwest Crossing (33,366 SF in Garland, Texas); Ridgeview North (12,500 SF in Olathe, Kan.); Eagle Creek II (21,177 SF in Indianapolis); Huntington Square (47,600 SF in Tempe, Ariz.); Shoppes at Cedarcrest Commons (20,921 SF in Atlanta); and River Bend (31,425 SF in Milwaukee).
